This Privacy Policy applies to all users who access and use the KT Host mobile application (referred to as the "KT Host app"). By using the app and its services, users unconditionally agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the "SPI Rules").

II. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our services through the KT Host app, we may collect the following information:

• Information such as your name, email address, age, phone number, and educational qualification.
• When you choose any subscription or paid service within the KT Host app, our payment gateway provider may collect your purchase, address, or billing information, including your credit card number, debit card number, UPI ID, and card expiration date.
• We may use cookies (small files containing a string of characters) or similar technologies to uniquely identify your device, track your preferences, and improve your experience within the app.

III. What We Do with Your Information

The information collected from registrants, customers, or prospective customers may be used for the following purposes:

• To provide access to our products and services, or to provide quotes, offers, and updates about our products and services within the KT Host app.
• To send a confirmation notice to the registrant after registration.
• To administer and manage accounts, including password resetting, responding to user inquiries, and addressing any issues with the user’s account or activity in the KT Host app.
• To improve the KT Host app and its features.
• To send email notices, messages, or contact users to communicate about our services and products.

We may disclose your information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, address security or technical issues, or respond to a government request.
• To protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of the KT Host app, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well as security measures, such as encryption and physical security, to guard against unauthorized access to our systems.

However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database, nor that information you supply will not be intercepted during transmission.
